RETURN AND REFUND POLICY


Minimal Golf Europe wants you to be fully satisfied with every item you purchase. If you are not satisfied with the item, we will refund unused, unaltered merchandise with all the labels and tags attached within 14 days of the original purchase date. This refund does not include the cost of any delivery charges.

Please retain proof of shipment when returning items to us.

Please note that Minimal Golf Europe reserves the right to refuse a refund outside of the 14-day refund period stated above unless the product is deemed faulty or unsatisfactory.

We regret to inform you that we are unable to offer a refund or exchange on any order for customised product(s) unless there is a manufacturing defect.

If you purchased a product online and you would like to talk to our customer service team about any inaccuracies, defects, or if it was damaged during shipping, please contact us at support@minimalgolf.co (customer service email address).

All returns will be inspected prior to the credit being issued. Items returned must be accompanied by the original Packing Slip, which was included with your purchase, without the Packing Slip we cannot identify and verify your purchase.

Please allow a minimum of 14 days for us to receive and process your return. You can expect a refund within 30 days of when we receive your return. We'll notify you via email (if provided) once we've processed the returned product. We'll credit or refund the value of the merchandise total. We're sorry, but we don't credit shipping costs. Refunds will be given in the same form of payment as the original purchase.
